Refunds and Returns

 

Full priced items purchased using a welcome/discount code are eligible for a full refund to your original payment option.


To return your item, please email us at hello@dearmor.au with the information below:

  • Order number (copy of original payment confirmation from when order was placed)
  • Reasoning for returning the garment/s

 

Please ensure the item/s are as follows:

  • Returned back to us within 14 days of receiving via post.
  • Item/s are returned in original condition (saleable) with original tags still attached
  • Item/s have not been worn, washed or damaged


Any items needing to be returned back to us (for refund etc), any shipping costs involved will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Please note: when returning good/s to us, please make sure you use a traceable method as dearMOR will not be held responsible for any lost items.


We do not provide returns for gift cards.


 
SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Please be advised that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE/FINAL SALE items. All sale items are final so we recommend choosing carefully.


Sale items cannot be returned for a refund unless the item received is faulty or your order was fulfilled incorrectly.


We do not provide price adjustments/matches for prior purchases during sale/promotional periods.



EXCHANGES

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund in accordance with our return conditions. Stock may sell out prior to you repurchasing, so please be mindful when returning your item.


 
FAULTY GARMENTS

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at hello@dearmor.au and our team will do our best to resolve it quickly.
 

PREORDERS

Items that are available for preorder, will be detailed on their individual product pages along with the estimated dispatch date. Full payment is required to secure stock. As soon as stock is received on our end, you will receive your shipping notification. If you purchase in-stock items with your preorder items, your order will be shipped all together once your preorder items have arrived. If you wish to have your in-stock items shipped to you sooner, you will have to pay for shipping on both shipments.
