Who can I ask for help with my order?

What currency are your price in?
As we are based in Australia, our prices are in AUD.
How can I change my order?
We try to make sure your order is packed and sent as soon as possible so if you need to make changes please contact us here and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Sometimes our orders are processed quite quickly, so we cannot always guarantee we will be able to change item/s before it is been dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel online orders once they have been placed.
Once a payment has been received and your order is completed, it is then subject to the returns policy.

What if I receive an item that is faulty?
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at
hello@dearmor.id.au and our team will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I get an exchange?
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund in accordance with our return conditions. Stock may sell out prior to you repurchasing, so please be mindful when returning your item.

Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, unfortunately we do not offer international shipping.
Do you offer Click + Collect?
We are currently unable to offer click + collect as a delivery option for online orders.
Sales / Discounts
Do you provide any discounts for first orders?
All new subscribers will receive an email with a welcome code for 10% off to use on all full priced items. Please note this code is not valid on sale items or gift cards.
Can I use my 10% welcome code to purchase a gift card?
No, unfortunately the 10% welcome code cannot be used when purchasing gift cards.
Can I return an item that is on sale?
Unfortunately, all sale items are considered ‘final sale’ and are not refundable.
